Because our accessories are handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damage or error.
Returns
All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@eversocharming.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll be happy to review the situation and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us right away to request a cancellation.
Custom & Handmade Items
Since our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur—these are part of their charm and not considered defects.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
